Newcastle Wife and Mom
Alivia and her husband, Jaye, live in Newcastle with their four children. Alivia graduated from Bridge Creek and Jaye graduated from Newcastle. They attend Newcastle First Baptist and live on the same five acres they bought just after they were married 25 years ago.
Working Class Roots
Alivia learned the value of hard work at an early age. Her dad worked at the Dayton Tire plant and was a small business owner; her mom was a special education teacher for local schools. Alivia’s first job was at 16 working for the Newcastle Drug Store and flower shop. After that for several years she worked in agriculture, driving a truck and trailer hauling pigs twice a week between Oklahoma, Iowa and South Dakota.
Successful Business Owner
Today, Alivia is a local real estate investor and business developer. Through her commercial real estate company, she’s worked with dozens of business owners in our area to help get their businesses up and running and ensure their success.
A Foster and Adoptive Family
Driven by her faith, Alivia and her husband have been devoted to helping Oklahoma’s children. They have fostered over 60 children and adopted two of their four children. To Alivia, there is nothing more rewarding than the bond she shares with her kids.
